How long will it take for my SIMs to arrive?
Your order usually arrives between 3 to 6 working days to the United States and Europe. The rest of the world is between 5 to 10 working days.
When will my subscription start?
Activate your individual plan as soon as you're ready. It will remain active for a full year. If you would like to continue the service after the first year, we ask to renew the plan with another one-time payment.
What is included in the individual plan?
Every plan includes the SIM Card, shipping and data for a full year. SMS messages are available in each plan to set device configurations over the air.
Can I order more than one individual plan?
Sure, just specify the quantity of required number of SIM Cards on the product page or in the check-out.
