Improving our billing and operations
Over the coming weeks, we’re making a small structural change to how Olivia Wireless operates behind the scenes. This update is part of an ongoing effort to streamline our internal processes and improve the reliability and consistency of our billing.
What’s important to know upfront: this change does not affect our services.
All SIM cards, connectivity, APIs, VPNs, integrations, and existing setups will continue to work exactly as they do today.
What is changing?
Olivia Wireless is aligning its operations under a single European entity to simplify administration and billing. This allows us to:
Standardise invoicing and payment flows
Reduce manual handling and errors
Improve long-term scalability and compliance
As part of this, we are consolidating our billing systems and moving fully to Stripe for payment processing.
What does this mean for customers?
For most customers, nothing needs to be done.
Customers paying by credit card will continue as usual
Some customers may be asked to confirm or update payment details
Invoicing will remain in EUR or USD, as applicable
Any required action will be communicated directly and clearly.
What is not changing?
No service interruptions
No changes to SIM functionality
No changes to pricing or contracts
No impact on coverage, performance, or availability
