How does it work?

Select the number of SIM cards you need and checkout with all major payment methods.
Activate account
After your order you will receive login details for the SIM platform. There you will immediately find your ordered SIM cards.
Set APN
Your SIM cards are ready for use when they arrive. You only need to set the APN according to the supplied instruction.
Select payment method
Add a preferred payment method to collect the monthly fees. You can select a credit card or set up direct debit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to activate the SIM card?
No, the SIM card activates automatically after insertion into the device. From this moment, data session are enabled and the SIM card will become billable.
Does the SIM card fit in my device?
Yes, you’ll receive a 3-in-1 SIM card. It consists of three parts: a normal sim, microsim and a nanosim. You simply push out the SIM card you need and place it in the device.
Which payment method is available?
You pay invoices with direct debit or via credit card. Payment by invoice is available for companies in consultation. Please contact our team for this.
How do I cancel the SIM card?
The SIM card can be removed in the SIM platform, which also stops the billing automatically.
