How does a ‘Pooled’ data plan work?
A ‘Pooled’ data plan gives the opportunity to share data between SIM Cards. The unused data of a SIM with low data usage contributes data to a SIM with high data usage. This helps utilise all the data plans first. Data does not roll over and resets on the first day of each month.
Activate daily
An Olivia data plan is flexible and can be activated or terminated daily. The monthly costs are calculated daily. An easy-to-understand example is activation halfway thru the month. Half of the data is available and is charged at fifty percent of the monthly fee.

Can I add the optional services to my SIM afterward?
Yes, you can add any of the additional services like a Private APN or IoT VPN to your current SIM Card deployment.
Do I have to choose which coverage option I need before my order?
You can switch to a new plan at any time by going to the Billing page in your account. Select the plan you’d like to switch to and immediately start using new features.
How do I set up a payment method for postpaid billing?
Flexible pricing is postpaid, so at the end of each month, we charge the actual usage. In your Olivia account, you can choose your preferred payment method. We can charge your credit card or SEPA direct debit account. Need a different billing method? Send us an email and we will help you out.
How do I switch to a different plan?
